By decree dated 8 August 2025, the President of the Council, His Excellency Faure Essozimna Gnassingbé, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, officially promoted Colonel Mamah Agnidoufey, Chief of Staff of the Air Force, to the rank of Air Brigadier General. This promotion reflects the confidence placed in his leadership and military expertise, as well as his strategic role in the modernisation of our defence capability.
