The PBS TJ200 engine from PBS GROUP was recently unveiled in Paris and marks a major technological milestone for the company. Considered the most powerful engine in its portfolio to date, the TJ200 introduces a completely new design approach and has successfully completed a rigorous testing programme.
While PBS GROUP’s existing motors have covered a tensile range of 0.4 to 1.5 kN, the new TJ200 delivers over 50% more thrust than the TJ150, significantly expanding its application potential.
The engine is equipped with advanced FADEC electronic control, a reliable BLDC starter-generator, and a unique fuel-lubricated design to ensure maximum operating efficiency. It also offers low fuel consumption within its performance category.
Thanks to its innovative design, the PBS TJ200 is suited to a wide range of applications. It is an ideal propulsion unit for drones, guided missiles, and target systems. Seawater resistance further enhances its suitability for marine environments, opening new possibilities in both defence systems and commercial unmanned solutions where high performance must be delivered in compact dimensions.
PBS is currently accepting enquiries for the TJ200, offering unmanned systems manufacturers and defence companies a powerplant that combines exceptional power with a compact footprint.
