TAAG Launches Official Recruitment Portal
TAAG Angola Airlines has launched its first official recruitment portal, marking a significant step towards modernisation and transparency in its hiring processes. The platform aims to centralise and streamline recruitment, making it more accessible to individuals interested in joining the airline.
Through the new portal, TAAG intends to begin a “new chapter” in attracting talent and strengthening its various departments with qualified professionals. All available vacancies will now be published exclusively on the platform. In addition, the system allows for spontaneous applications, enabling candidates to register their interest even when no specific vacancy is advertised.
This initiative forms part of TAAG’s broader strategy to reinforce transparency and engagement with the community, providing a direct and official channel for career opportunities and talent acquisition.
