At the recent Land-Linked Zambia Conference, African Pilot Magazine editor Phillippa Dean had a candid conversation with Honourable Keoagile Atamelang, Assistant Minister from Botswana’s Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, on the state of the aviation sector in Botswana.
