The South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) has issued a public tender for the appointment of a qualified service provider to conduct a comprehensive review of its organisational structure and develop a revised structure aligned with its strategic goals.
The successful bidder will be responsible for:
- Assessing SACAA’s current organisational design, processes, and capacity.
- Identifying inefficiencies and performance gaps.
- Designing a fit-for-purpose structure aligned with SACAA’s regulatory, operational, and governance objectives.
- Delivering a practical implementation roadmap and revised micro- and macro-organisational models.
The scope also includes stakeholder engagement, a full “as-is” assessment, workload and staffing analysis, and the development of a detailed structure to improve service delivery, innovation, and compliance with international standards.
