Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) has issued a tender for the maintenance of automated aircraft docking systems at OR Tambo International Airport over a two-year period.
The scope of work includes comprehensive planned and corrective maintenance of Visual Docking Guidance Systems (VDGS) installed at all contact stands. The appointed contractor will be responsible for inspections, diagnostics, repairs, software updates, system calibrations, after-hours support, and monthly performance reporting. All maintenance activities must ensure continued operational reliability, safety, and compliance with ACSA’s performance standards and manufacturer specifications.
