Honeywell Aerospace Technologies plans to expand aircraft engine manufacturing in Arizona to support the Beechcraft M-346N as the US Navy’s next-generation jet trainer, reinforcing a long-term commitment to domestic production, skilled American jobs and reliable propulsion solutions for military training aircraft.
The investment supports Honeywell’s role in producing the F124-GA-200 engines that will power the Beechcraft M-346N, a twin-engine advanced jet trainer offered to meet the Navy’s Undergraduate Jet Training System requirements. By expanding US-based manufacturing capacity, Honeywell is strengthening supply chain resilience while supporting the future training needs of Navy aviators.
The Beechcraft M-346N is positioned as a proven solution assembled in the United States and backed by a demonstrated training platform already in service globally. Domestic engine manufacturing further underscores the programme’s focus on American industrial capability and dependable propulsion for high-performance training aircraft.
