Camair-Co has informed its customers and travel agencies that disruptions were recorded in its KIU reservation system on Thursday, 07 May 2026.
According to the airline, the disruption was caused by an IT malfunction at DISONY, the supplier of the KIU system. Camair-Co said the malfunction also affected several other airlines using the system.
The airline said the situation caused inconvenience in customer service, particularly regarding reservations and the issuing of certain tickets.
Camair-Co reported that a gradual improvement in the situation had been observed since Friday, 08 May 2026, with a progressive return to normal reservation and ticketing operations.
The airline added that its teams remain fully mobilised to completely stabilise the system and ensure its optimal functioning.
