Embraer announced the delivery of the first Praetor 600E to Flexjet, making the company the fleet launch customer for Embraer's super-midsize jet. Flexjet’s inaugural Praetor 600E aircraft is equipped with Embraer's Smart Window™, a 42-inch 4K OLED monitor that enables video conferencing, high-resolution video streaming and provides a real-time view via three externally mounted cameras.

The Praetor 600E was unveiled alongside the Praetor 500E in February of this year, introducing a series of enhancements to the aircraft. The Praetor 600E received triple certification from ANAC, FAA and EASA in April 2026, and the Praetor 500E in June 2026, paving the way for aircraft entry into service.
The companies’ relationship dates back to 2003 and includes several milestones, including Flexjet’s selection as fleet launch customer for the Praetor 500 and Praetor 600 in 2019. In February 2025, the companies announced an agreement valued at up to USD $7 billion, including a firm order for 182 aircraft and options for an additional 30 aircraft, alongside a services and support agreement. The delivery of the first Praetor 600E marks the latest milestone under that agreement and will be followed by Flexjet’s first Praetor 500E delivery in the fourth quarter of 2026, when the company will also become fleet launch customer for the aircraft.
Michael Amalfitano, President and CEO of Embraer Executive Jets, said, "We are proud to once again deliver the inaugural Praetor 600E aircraft to Flexjet, a trusted strategic partner for more than 20 years and a company that shares Embraer’s commitment to efficiency, innovation and exceptional customer experience," adding, "This milestone reflects the strength of our longstanding relationship, the winning combination of next-generation features onboard the Praetor 600E, and Flexjet's continued confidence in Embraer's ability to deliver industry-leading aircraft that meet the evolving needs of its bespoke customers."

Michael Silvestro, Flexjet’s Chief Executive Officer, said, “This milestone delivery continues a success story we have had with Embraer Executive Jets that began back in 2003,” adding, “As the leader in luxury private aviation, fractional aircraft Owners look to Flexjet to provide access to the world’s most advanced aircraft. Embraer’s unwavering commitment to innovation, exemplified by the Praetor 600E, continues to deliver the breakthroughs that enable us not only to meet those expectations, but exceed them.”
With an intercontinental range of 4,018 nautical miles (7,441 km) with four passengers and NBAA IFR reserves, the Praetor 600E enables nonstop missions between major city pairs, including London-New York and São Paulo-Miami. The aircraft introduces a redesigned cabin featuring Embraer-designed seating, a Cabin Management System (CMS), and technologies designed to support comfort, productivity and connectivity.

The delivered aircraft is equipped with Embraer's Smart Window™, selected by Flexjet for the inaugural delivery. The 42-inch 4K OLED touchscreen enables video conferencing, high-resolution content streaming and access to real-time external views through three externally mounted cameras. When paired with an optional divan configuration, the Smart Window creates a space for work and entertainment. The aircraft also features a galley designed to provide additional convenience and functionality throughout the cabin.
The Praetor 600E also features Embraer's avionics suite, including full fly-by-wire technology with active turbulence reduction, the Embraer Enhanced Vision System (E2VS), and the Runway Overrun Awareness and Alerting System (ROAAS), supporting smoother flights, reduced pilot workload, situational awareness and operational flexibility.
