Henley Air Flight Training (HAFT) is proud to announce the appointment of Ms Lindie Bruyns as Head of Training and Business Development, effective 1 March 2025.

Ms Bruyns brings over 20 years of distinguished experience in the aviation industry, with expertise in operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and strategic business growth. In her new role, she will oversee all training aspects within Henley Group Holdings, including HAFT, Drones, Simulator, and Technical Training, ensuring the continued development of world-class aviation professionals.

Before joining HAFT, Ms Bruyns served as Group Business Manager at Safomar Holdings, where she played a pivotal role in streamlining business operations, optimising commercial strategies, and leading cross-functional teams to drive growth. Her extensive experience includes key leadership positions at Safair Operations, where she managed aircraft movements, and at Federal Airlines, where she directed operations and charter flight planning.

Renowned for her strategic vision and results-driven leadership, Ms Bruyns has a proven track record of enhancing operational performance, developing business strategies, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Her passion for training, compliance auditing, and policy development has contributed significantly to raising industry standards and fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
