The Nigerian Safety Investigation Bureau (NSIB) has released the preliminary findings following the accident involving a Diamond DA 42 aircraft operated by International Aviation College (IAC), Ilorin. The incident occurred on 23 May 2025 during a training flight at General Tunde Idiagbon International Airport (DNIL), Ilorin.
