Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) has invited suitably qualified bidders to submit proposals for the replacement of the instrument landing systems at OR Tambo International Airport.
The contract will run for a period not exceeding 36 months under tender reference ORTIA81982026/RFP.
Tender documents are available for download from the National Treasury e-Tender Portal and the ACSA website.
A compulsory briefing session will be held via Microsoft Teams on 16 October 2026 at 12:00. No bidding documents will be made available during the briefing session.
Requests for clarification will close on 23 October 2026.
The tender closes at 12:00 on 13 November 2026, with bid documents required to be deposited in Tender Box C at ACSA’s offices on the third floor of the North Wing of OR Tambo International Airport.
Bids will be evaluated using the 90/10 preference point system in accordance with ACSA’s Preferential Procurement Policy.
ACSA states that tenders will not be awarded to bidders whose tax matters have not been declared to be in order by the South African Revenue Services, who are not registered on National Treasury’s Central Supplier Database, whose directors are employed by the State, or who are blacklisted by National Treasury. Late submissions will not be accepted.
