South Africa’s Department of Transport has invited proposals for a 12-month appointment to assist with drafting economic regulations for Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) and the Air Traffic and Navigation Services Company (ATNS). The work will cover regulatory decision-making, complaints and appeals, asset-sale proceeds, overseas investment and traffic risk-sharing.
