SACAA Seeks Service Provider for Stakeholder Perception Surveys

The South African Civil Aviation Authority invites proposals for stakeholder perception surveys to support regulatory trust, service delivery and engagement.

The South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the appointment of a suitably qualified research company or agency to conduct two independent stakeholder perception surveys over a three-year period.

The procurement forms part of SACAA’s broader strategy to strengthen stakeholder management, service delivery, communication effectiveness, and regulatory trust across the civil aviation sector.

Stakeholder groups include, but are not limited to, airlines, airports, aircraft operators, aviation personnel, maintenance and training organisations, aviation security entities, industry associations, government departments, international regulatory bodies, and SACAA employees.
