The Director-General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Capt. Chris Najomo, represented by the Director of Operations, Licensing and Training, Capt. Donald Spiff, described the certification as a significant milestone for aviation training development in Northern Nigeria.

He congratulated the management of the organisation and the NCAA certification team for successful completion of the certification process, while stressing that maintaining the certification is as important as obtaining it.

According to him, strict adherence to approved procedures and training standards remains critical to preserving the integrity and credibility of the aviation industry.

Capt. Najomo, therefore, urged the organisation to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and regulatory compliance, particularly in the screening and verification of documents submitted by trainees and prospective employees.

Speaking at the event, the Certification Project Manager and General Manager, Operations, Licensing and Training Standards (DOLTS), Engr. Hyelni Haruna Bassi, admonished the organisation to operate strictly within the provisions of its approved training and procedures manuals and to seek guidance from the Authority whenever clarification is required.

Representing Pathway Pro Limited at the presentation were the Safety Manager, Engr. Awwalu Usman; the Chief Ground Instructor, Engr. Umar Abraham; and the Accountable Manager, Magdalene Danrian Jacob.

High point of the presentation ceremony was formal handover of the ATO certificate and training specifications to the organisation’s management.
