The Department of Transport has released the Draft Comprehensive Civil Aviation Policy for public comment. This policy aims to guide the development and regulation of the aviation sector in South Africa.
Stakeholders and members of the public are encouraged to review the draft and submit their written comments within 30 days of the notice’s publication in the Government Gazette.
Submissions should be addressed to the Director-General of the Department of Transport, for the attention of Ms Johannah Sekele, and can be sent via post or email:
